At the beginning I was mad, because after I paid the whole amount, the site said my transaction was pending. Through the chat they said there was an extra fee for booking of $54.51. When I called, Ms. Olympia was very gentle and patient and looked for an alternative similar flight which would avoid that extra fee. I congratulated her for her hard work and gentle disposition.
