Baggage Policy
Passengers flying aboard Air India flights are allowed to take one piece of carry-on baggage along with one personal item. The dimensions of the carry-on bag cannot exceed 22 x 14 x 10 inches. Its weight cannot be more than 18 lb. Checked baggage for flights to/from the U.S.A.- All passengers are allowed to take two pieces of checked baggage. The maximum weight limit for First Class and Business Class is 70 lb., while for Economy Class, it is 51 lb. The linear dimension of each of the bags cannot exceed 62 inches.
