Please make sure that you go through all the clauses of these terms and conditions before making a booking. Hereby, the words ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to you and/or all persons whose names are in the bookings.
When you make a booking, you insinuate that:
- You have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by it. If you’re making the booking on behalf of someone else, then they agree to these terms and conditions and are willing to abide by them.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are responsible for making payments for the booking/s, including for the ones made on behalf of someone else.

When you make a booking through our website, you automatically enter into a contract with the third party suppliers. This contract becomes activated once the booking/s get confirmed. Along with these terms and conditions, the booking made by you is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party suppliers that provide your travel product or service.
The total payment to be made for a booking (flight) is inclusive of all the taxes and fees levied on these travel products and services. It also includes our service fee.
Cancellation and Amendment
Cancellations: Cancellations may be done at any point of time after making the booking. Cancellations requests can be sent to our customer care email ID [email protected]. You may also call our toll free customer care no. +44-800-972-3035 in order to make the cancellation requests. After receiving the cancellation request, the supplier/s reserve the right to charge you with a cancellation fee against every booking cancelled. Cancellation fee may go up as high as 100% of the total price of the travel product or service. The cancellation fee depends on the time when the travel product or service is cancelled.
Amendments: If you want to amend any part of your booking, then you may write to us at [email protected], or call us at +44-800-972-3035. We do not provide any guarantee that an amendment will be made once your booking gets confirmed.
TAT for sending E-tickets and other travel confirmations
The total turn-around-time for us to process and send the booking confirmations, e-tickets, booking details is around 48-72 hours. Once the documents are sent to your confirmed email address, we hold no responsibility for the loss of these documents. Re-issuance of these might be chargeable and can only be processed up to 7 days before the departure/ check-in date and time.
Airlines reserve the right to cancel your booking at the time of departure, pick-up or check-in, respectively, if you’re deemed not fit for travel. Also, in case you have a medical condition that you’ve not disclosed at the time of booking this specific flight, your booking can be cancelled without any refund or replacement for these travel products or services.
Important Travel Arrangements
Passengers and guests are responsible for ensuring that all the relevant documents needed for travel or accommodation purposes are in order at the time of departure or check-in. Also, they are solely responsible for reaching the airport well ahead of the final call for their scheduled flights’ check-in. Failure to do so might result in cancellation of the booking without any refund or replacement being offered.
Travellers are advised to confirm the updated flight status at least 72 hours before the time of departure.
In case of any issues faced by the passengers or guests, they can write to us at [email protected] regarding the same. However, the travel contract is between you and the primary or secondary service providers, with us being just a mediator or facilitator of the contract and hence, we cannot be held liable for any resolution or compensation for the same. The party pursuing a complaint is responsible for contacting the local or primary service provider right after the need to complain arises. Failure to do so might result in less or no compensation being offered for the same.
Unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances
We cannot be held responsible if the contract terms are not met due to unavoidable circumstances even after all the necessary measures have been taken. Circumstances including warfare and acts of terrorism (and threats thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of a serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions that make it impossible to travel safely, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport, air traffic control strikes causing flight cancellations and all similar events outside our, or the supplier(s) control, can be deemed as unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, and we are not liable for any compensation for the same, in case of any of these stated above situations arise.
Due to conditions of Britain’s exit from the European Union, if the flights or bookings are hampered due to any Visa or authorization restrictions, then ‘www.Travelopick.com’ or the supplier cannot be held responsible or liable for any compensation towards the cancelled bookings.
Safety & Security
The customers are solely responsible for gathering all the safety related information about the destination/s they’re heading to. In case of any unavoidable circumstance (stated above), www.Travelopick.com or the service provider cannot be held responsible or liable for any compensation. Passengers are advised to go through https://www.gov.uk/travelaware before making a decision for the respective destinations.
Due to regulations and process requirements of the various governments across the globe, we might share your personal details with the service providers you choose, and with government agencies like customs & immigration authorities and other relevant departments that need it to complete the booking process and other various formalities. It can also be shared with legal authorities to prevent any ill-intended activities like acts of terror and smuggling of goods, and also to comply with the regional legal restrictions and guidelines. Therefore, www.Travelopick.com cannot be held responsible for any claims against the usage of personal data for these purposes.
